We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman Services Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, repairs, and renovations, with proficiency in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of handyman services, including but not limited to:
  • Minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Installation of fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Carpentry work such as framing, trim work, and furniture assembly
  • Plumbing repairs and installations
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Painting and drywall repair
• Assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates for time and materials.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with completed work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
